Rapper Travis Scott was arrested in Miami Beach on a disorderly drinking charge

Rapper Travis Scott was arrested Wednesday morning on disorderly intoxication charges after allegedly yelling at people on a boat in Miami Beach

The 33-year-old "Goosebumps" rapper, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:30 a.m. on a disorderly conduct charge

The 33-year-old "goosebumps" rapper, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center around 4:30 a.m. on charges of disorderly intoxication, as well as trespassing on property on after warning 

When officers arrived, they found Scott “standing in the dock yelling at the occupants”. Scott initially obeyed police commands to sit down, but then ignored them 

According to the affidavit, officers could smell "a strong odor of alcohol coming from the defendant's breath."

He was taken into custody at 1:17 a.m., according to the affidavit. Scott later admitted he had been drinking and said “It’s Miami”.
