Tesla is recalling more than 11,000 Cybertrucks for two separate issues

Both issues affect over 11,000 units and include a windshield wiper issue or trunk bed trim that doesn't adhere properly.

The first claim involved improperly attached trunkbed trim, which could become loose and separate from the vehicle, posing a road hazard.

Tesla will fix the issue free of charge for the customer. It has addressed this issue by maintaining quality control in adhesive handling at Gigafactory Texas, where the Cybertruck is manufactured.

Tesla has stopped deliveries of the Cybertruck due to a problem with the windshield wipers.

“On affected vehicles, the front windshield wipers may stop functioning due to excessive electrical pressure on the driver’s side of the doors,” the reminder said

On June 12, Tesla decided to voluntarily recall the affected vehicles.

Additionally, the issue will be resolved free of charge for the customer.
