Trucks will be constructed at a Tennessee plant now under development
As well as a new midsize truck created by a specialized "skunkworks" team in California.
Ford's next generation of electric vehicles will begin with a commercial van, which will be built at Ford's Ohio Assembly Plant beginning in 2026.
Ford said it will continue to produce and update its current all-electric vehicles such as the Ford Mustang Mach-E crossover and F-150 Lightning pickup truck.
The company stated that it still plans to begin producing battery cells at the site in 2025.
