Williams joins a retooled Chicago team that has traded for six-time Pro Bowl receiver Keenan Allen and acquired running back D'Andre Swift this offseason.

The biggest surprise came at No. 8, when Michael Penix Jr. was chosen by the Atlanta Falcons.
