Donald Trump is fined $9,000 for abusing disallowances on remarking on witnesses.

 Prosecuter had blamed the previous president for disregarding his gag request on various times,

The judge assessed a fine of $1,000.  For each of Trump's nine online statements that he claimed were in violation of his order not to criticize witnesses or other trial participants

 Under the gag order Trump is prohibited from directing others to make public statements about trial witnesses regarding their roles in the investigation and at the trial

Additionally, the judge instructed Trump to delete the statements by 2:15 p.m. from both his Truth Social account and his campaign website.

It is unclear whether Trump would be shipped off New York City's prison on Rikers Island or whether security concerns would require more tolerant treatment

Trump is prohibited from directing others to make public statements about trial witnesses regarding their roles in the investigation and at the trial under the gag order.
